Realtor® is a registered trademark utilized only by real estate professionals who are members of the National Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors® and a local Association of Realtors®. A Realtor® is a licensee who has committed to participation in organized real estate and ascribes to a strict Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct upheld by stern disciplinary measures set forth to ensure the integrity and high standards of the professional Realtor®. Remember, all Realtors® are real estate licensees, but not all licensees are Realtors®. Look for the Realtor"R" when you need a true professional!
The Scenic Coast Association of Realtors® serves the beautiful coastal communities of San Simeon, Cayucos, Morro Bay and Los Osos. Officially chartered in 1956 and incorporated in 1969, the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors® encompasses over 300 Realtors® and roughly 75 different offices. In addition, we have more than 70 Affiliate Members, representing various related professions such as title companies, lenders, and home inspection services.
Through our participation in the Central Coast Regional Multiple Listing Service (CCRMLS), a database reaching approximately 2500 Realtors®, our members are able to market properties across San Luis Obispo County as well as parts of Santa Barbara, Kern and Monterey counties.
The Scenic Coast Association of Realtors® is an organization dedicated to the betterment of its practitioners and the communities they serve. Each year, the Association donates thousands of dollars to local charities and foundations through fundraising efforts. Above all, the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors® and its members are truly committed to promoting a sense of community throughout the areas in which they live and work. |
