2008 Membership Fee Schedule - SCAR, CAR, & NAR
  1. All Monthly Fees Include a CAR Processing Fee ($30) and a SCAR Processing Fee ($125)
  2. For New Association/MLS Only Offices, a one-time only, non-refundable fee of $300/$225
  3. For Association members, MLS fees are $130 per quarter (may be prorated)
  4. For MLS Only members, fees are $130 per quarter (may be prorated)
  5. Secondary Association members will pay only the SCAR fee and the processing fee of $125
