Education Committee

The Chair of this committee acts as coordinator for real estate related educational activities of the association. This committee keeps up with Department of Real Estate requirements and informs membership of the same. Also, it coordinates and provides education courses and seminars to members for DRE credits, as well as for training and motivation in various phases of real estate. Works in conjunction with the Executive Vice-President, and on occasion with Education Chairs of other associations and Affiliate representatives, to present the most current and innovative educational materials and references to the membership. All advertising, promotion, activities and expenses (budgeted or not) must be approved by the Board of Directors. No contracts may be entered into, or commitments made on behalf of the Association by any chairperson. The Chair of this committee may attend the monthly meetings of the Board of Directors, but is not entitled to vote.
